How I Quadrupled My Traffic in 30 Days!


I started blogging in April. And as it is now nearing the end of July, I have been blogging for about 4 months now. It seems like the time has passed extremely quickly, and I don’t have a whole lot to show for it. 

I work full time, as well, so I’m not too hard on myself, but I really have high hopes for Our Flourishing Family. There was just one thing holding me back.


How many of you have this problem?

Here are my numbers from April 2017:

They are abysmal, I know! And I worked my booty off that first month trying to get it going. I just didn’t know what the heck I was doing wrong, so I turned to fellow bloggers for some help.

One of my favorite bloggers to get advice from is McKinzie over at She has some amazing ideas about everything from building your blog to monetizing and beyond! In early May, I got an email from McKinzie about her newest product called Traffic Trajectory. In less than 30 days, I nearly 5X’d my traffic! Here are my May numbers:

Recap: In April, I had only 95 Users (visitors to the site), and in May, I had 464 Users! That’s a 488% increase! WHAT?!

Oh, and I haven’t even had the time to delve into the sites that accept guest posts, yet!


My traffic has gone up even more, and I have seen huge leaps in June, as well:
